Bench Mark Infotech Services Limited is a Kolkata-headquartered technology solutions provider delivering end-to-end IT and digital infrastructure services to government departments, public sector undertakings, institutional customers, and private sector clients across India.
Incorporated in 2007, the Company has nearly two decades of experience executing large-scale technology projects. We are expanding our offerings into Data Center, Enterprise Storage Solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions with GPU-enabled computing, high-performance Networking, and Cybersecurity solutions — extending our system integration expertise to support clients' digital transformation and AI readiness.
Operating as a single-window partner, we design, supply, install, commission and maintain the networks, communication systems, surveillance and connectivity backbone on which our customers rely.

- 2007
Company Incorporated in Kolkata
Bench Mark Infotech Services Limited was founded in Kolkata with a vision to deliver reliable IT infrastructure solutions to government and institutional clients in eastern India.
- 2009–2011
First Major Government Contracts
Successfully executed structured cabling, LAN networking and IT hardware projects for West Bengal government departments, establishing our government-sector credentials and repeat client relationships.
- 2013
DoT IP-1 Infrastructure License
Registered as a Department of Telecommunications IP-1 (Infrastructure Provider Category-1) licensed company, enabling us to lay, own and lease dark fiber infrastructure across India.
- 2015–2017
Expansion into Railways & PSUs
Secured landmark contracts with Indian Railways and BSNL for networking, CCTV surveillance and audio-visual systems at stations across eastern India. PSU work expanded to multiple state government bodies.
- 2018–2020
1,000 km Fiber Network Milestone
Crossed the 1,000 km mark for laid fiber optic cable, becoming one of eastern India's largest independent dark fiber providers leasing capacity to telecom operators and ISPs across West Bengal and Bihar.
- 2021–2023
AI Labs & Digital Transformation Projects
Delivered AI Lab infrastructure, smart classrooms and data centre solutions to educational institutions and healthcare facilities — entering the next-generation technology solutions market.
- 2024–PRESENT
Public Listing & National Scale-Up
Pursuing public market listing to fund pan-India expansion into AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cybersecurity and cloud-native data centre services across all major Indian states.

Our complete step-by-step framework for identifying, evaluating, bidding, and executing high-impact IT and digital infrastructure projects.
Opportunity Identification
The Company monitors government tender portals, public announcements, policy initiatives and industry publications to identify opportunities that match its services, technical capability, experience and business objectives.
Pre-Bid Evaluation
Bidding documents are reviewed for eligibility/pre-qualification, technical specifications, scope, financial terms, bid-security requirements and evaluation methodology to determine feasibility and eligibility.
Bid Preparation
The bid may include technical documentation, system designs, execution methodology, timelines, cost estimates and relevant experience credentials. Tender fees, EMD and other requirements are complied with where applicable.
Risk Assessment
Risks considered include execution timelines, manpower/resources, regulatory requirements, site conditions and financial exposure. Internal planning and mitigation measures are undertaken before submission.
Bid Submission
Bid is submitted within prescribed timelines and formats, with attention to procedural requirements to avoid technical disqualification.
Bid Evaluation & Award
Awarding authority evaluates technical capability, commercial terms, execution timelines and tender compliance according to predefined criteria. Project is awarded to the bidder meeting the applicable evaluation requirements.
Contract Execution
After award, formal contractual arrangements define scope, pricing, delivery schedules, service levels, acceptance testing and other project-specific conditions.
Project Implementation & Delivery
After receipt and validation of the purchase order, execution starts. This includes procurement of equipment/services, installation, testing, commissioning and final delivery at the customer site. Billing follows contractual milestones and acceptance criteria.
