This policy explains how Bench Mark Infotech Services Limited ("Bench Mark", "we") handles information when you visit www.benchmarkinfo.com. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Enquiries and applications. The contact and careers forms do not send data to our servers. Submitting a form opens your own email application with a pre-filled message to info@benchmarkinfo.com; we receive only what you choose to send by email.
Preferences stored on your device. Your light/dark theme choice and a few display settings are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time.
Technical logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for marketing.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel; documents, images and video are delivered from Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and CloudFront). Fonts are served by Google Fonts, the office map on the contact page is an embedded Google Map, and some page scripts load from public content-delivery networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg). These providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use information you send us only to respond to your enquiry or application, to provide our services, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including those applicable to a listed company.

Retention and security

Enquiries and applications are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal data you have shared with us, or withdraw consent.
